Inet Developments is an UK based Web Development company offering Free and Premium Software applications.

Hi all,

I am currently working on the new site design still as i originally stated i was using bootstrap but i have decided to reset and change the framework to tailwind which is working out quite nicely.

I have the new design as i like it at the moment and will give a more professional easy to use feel to the end user.

At this time i have the following in a workable state:

Front end with enhanced navigation,

Latest Projects section showing the latest projects available,

Cart System making it easier for Free and Preium projects to be ordered,

User Downloads for downloading projects Free and Premium token based with expiry,

Order History for keep track of Free and Preium orders,

Profile page to manage your dashboard and account,

Payment history for free and premium purchases,

Checkout System for free and premium purchases,

Order confirmation systems and emails to users and admins,

Login, Register, Forgot password system,

Verification system,

Their is alot more being added as the days roll by.

We will potentially have seperate Bug Systems and Ticket Systems on their own dedicated subdomains but users can use their Inet Developments account they have already created on a site wide basis for everything.

I will keep everyone updated on this along with development of new projects which i am also in the process of completing.

Hi all,

We are back and hope everyone had an amazing Xmas and new year.

Due to working life and other commitments things really slowed down here at Inet Developments but we are now allocating alot of spare time to continuing development on the projects we previously had in the pipeline.

We have spent the last couple of days going over a couple of projects being the following,

V1.0.0 of Inet Docs our WIKI which we have tested again and appears to be working as it should and will be released this coming Friday.

V1.0.0 of Inet Server Status our Single port monitor which also appears to be working as it should and will be released this coming Friday.

We will also be testing other projects and adjusting code and doing updates where needed.

Please refer to our DOCS website for install instructions.

Other things are,

Our Update Servers will be getting reconfigured so at present any update notifications will be disregarded so we recommend checking the individual project page for Updates but we should have this sorted very soon.

Hi all,

We have been working hard finishing off some applications for release and they will be available for download soon.

We are also in the process of designing a new Inet Developments website created with Bootstrap it is in the early stages but should hopefully be up and running within the next week or two.

All currently complete applications will be released as they are at present then Updated with a new Bootstrap Design bringing them up to date with current design standards.

Hi all,

We will soon be migrating the Inet Developments website and associated databases over to a new server so during this time the site may become unresponsive but as we are doing a seamless migration this should minimise any downtime at all.

This is in preperation for releases and expected increase in traffic.

Hi all,

We have now enabled Site Registrations so you can now register for an Inet Developments account and access forums, bugs, reporting tools and support tickets.

Profiles are still being setup along with all other account options as they are completed and integrated.

If their is any issues please Open A Ticket and we will look in to the issue for you.

Hi all,

We are currently in the process of getting ready to open registrations allowing clients to register for an account at Inet Developments.

Creating a free account gives clients access to the Inet Developments and the Inet Licencing websites along with more sites in the future as they are created so their will be just one registration process and allowing access using the same credentials.

This is in preperation for releases coming this week one being the Inet Server Status and the other being Inet Docs along with allowing clients to access the Forums and also Report any bugs so we can get them squashed and rollout fixes for any bugs that are reported as quickly as possible.

Hi all,

We have been finishing off development on the Inet Docs application and have made some changes to the initial way we wanted to do things and have added things that we were going to add in the next release.

These things are as follows,

Revised and updated installer which will check for Updates to the installer and also when doing a server check will also check for Updates for the Inet Docs application.

Revised Update system which will now include an Auto Updater which if permissions allow on your server will automatically download update and overwrite to the new version aswell as a Manual Update which when an update is provided and Auto Update fails you can download the Update file and apply manually.

Backup system is now functional which will now Backup your Database and also the option to Backup your Website when complete will be stored in your root folder and it will also provide a download link to down your backup at the same time.

We have also altered more code but as it stands everything seems to be working as it should

We would like to say we are looking likely to release V1.0.0 on Saturday 20th January 2024.

We will be opening registrations on the weekend too so clients can report any bugs and also leave feedback so this can aid us in development.

Our Inet Server Status script is almost complete,

This is one of two whereas this one will monitor to see which one of your websites are online and offline on a given port it is a basic script but ideal for a network status page.

We are just finishing up the admin area and have just completed the backup scripts for Website and Database along with the Update feature.

Projects are still in Active development and releases are coming soon.

We have been focusing on the main website functionality and also adding additional features and updates outside of our real jobs.

Some of the client features which will accessible from within your Inet Developments account will be as follows:

Downloads Tracker: Tracking of previous downloads making things easier to find again.

Forums: Allowing clients to interact with the community and help each other solve potential bugs and share your adaptions.

Licences Management: Adding the ability to easily Request, Generate and assign Licence Keys to Applications that require them.

Messages: Allowing private messaging to other clients and buddys.

Profile: Allowing to add additional information aiding in the setup and processing of additional services.

Services: Listing all services on your account and being able to manage, cancel, upgrade and monitor them.

Subscriptions: Allowing clients to subscribe to Premium applications with added features, get priority support and more.

Support Tickets: Request support by raising a ticket in critical situations.

Hi all

We are sorry for the delay in the Inet Docs Release due to server upgrades and setting everything up again it pushed back the first release of this application.

We will be releasing Inet Docs the first week of march in the meantime we have setup a temporary demo where users can test the Categories and Documents adding and editing abilities along the the TinyMCE module.

We are also revising the installer for a later release which will be included once completed with the current release and all future downloads.

Hi all

Our Inet Docs application is currently In Testing and should hopefully be ready for a Public Release on Sunday 19th February.

After testing is complete which should be tomorrow we will post a Live Demo URL and also add it to the project page.

Hi all

We have today 100% Completed the Inet Installer application which is our in-house created Installer for PHP Applications and Software.

This installer is currently In Testing phase but once testing has been completed this will be our default installer for all future releases.

A basic preview demo will be available over this coming weekend.

Hi all

We are currently working on the Inet Chatrooms project and are in the process of implementing a Private Messaging System to the chatrooms allowing members to send Private Messages,

In addition to this we are also setting up Member Profiles along with Avatars and are hoping to have this completed by the weekend.

Once this has been completed we should hopefully then be looking for Members to come and test the Chatrooms with us and make changes based on feedback which should hopefully be next week.

Hi all

We have been creating and setting up our Inet Docs website which is the Hub for all Documentation relating to all of our Applications, Software and Tutorials.

The website is now functional altho still being developed behind the scenes Documentation will be added as project development continues and as they are completed.

Hi all

We are currently in the process of creating a Chatrooms platform as if you are a senior or older than 30 you will remember the joys of yahoo chat etc.

As technology has taken hold moreso these days and everyone has group chats, social media and the like theirs still nothing like Old-School chat and meeting new people.

We have decided to create a basic yet functional Chatroom system like the old days with a good old Fight Room, Country Based rooms and General chit chat,

This will be added to our projects page soon.

We are currently creating a Docs area relating to all Inet Developments Released projects outlining information for Installation, Customisation, Licencing and support aswell as all other documentation that Clients may find useful.

In addition to this once we have completed our Docs area we will potentially release a version for the public to use as a simple FAQ or Knowledgebase.

We have been working on our in house created Inet Application Installer that will install our Applications from a user friendly installer avoiding the need to manually edit code and files to get our applications up and running

We are currently 95% complete on the creation and are running tests on the fly, The installer will be included with all future Application releases and a feature list will be added and updated once the Installer is 100% complete.
